A year has passed by
Right in the blink of an eye
Though, I feel it’s changed my life for the better
I love you more with every passing day
Nothing can change my feelings for you
Unlike other couples around us
That fight and hate each other
Heaven has smiled down upon us
Everyday is another blessing from God
Right now I yearn for your touch.
Although we have had a couple rough spots
Reassurance of our love has come through
Together we are happier than we have ever been
Even though our time together grows short
Remembering these days will be forever in my heart.
